What network members and network managers can do — network page, join link, signup QR, and who to ask for an invite.
After you sign in, open **My networks** from your Hope & Wonder home. Every network you have joined appears as a card with shortcuts to the public network page.
You joined through an invite from your organisation (a join link or QR code they shared).
From **My networks** you can:
- **Open network page** — see who is in the network and published hopes and wonders - **Copy network page link** — share the public page (not the join/signup page) - **Network page QR** — QR that opens the public network page - **Leave network** — remove yourself from that network’s page
You will **not** see the join signup page or signup QR in the app. Those are only for **network managers**, so invites stay with the people running the network.
### Need a join link or signup QR?
Ask your **network manager** (your organisation, event host, or whoever invited you). They can send you the join link or a printed signup QR for new people to scan.
If you are trying to join a network for the first time, you need that invite — browsing the public network page alone does not add you to the network.
You are a network manager if Hope & Wonder set you up as an admin for that network, or if you see an **Admin** pill on the network card in My networks.
### From My networks (card menu)
Use the **⋮** menu on the card:
- **Sign up page** — the join page where people create an account and join this network - **Signup QR** — QR code for the join page (good for posters, slides, or the room) - **Network page QR** — QR for the public network page - **Copy network page link** — share the live page with people who are already browsing - **Edit network** — update name, bio, and settings in the admin dashboard (managers only)
### From the public network page
When you are signed in as a manager, the **⋮** menu on the network page also includes **Copy join page URL**, **Join signup page**, and **QR signup**.
Share the **signup QR** or join link at events, in email, or on slides so new people can join. They sign up (or sign in), join the network, then appear on your page.
### Global Hope & Wonder admins
Platform admins can manage all networks from **Admin → Networks**. Network managers only see networks they are assigned to.
They can share hopes and wonders from **New submission** and link them to your network. Their profile appears on your network page while they remain a member.
