Abebe Zewdu's Mission for Women's Health

I would like to tell you about Abebe Zewdu who lives in Ethiopia. Though not a doctor, he is a medical professional and he started to notice how so many women in his country developed prolapsed wombs through carrying heavy loads on their heads.

Over the last few years, much through social media, he has begun to raise awareness and gradually attract funding for a purpose-designed clinic for these women.

I would like to recommend him for an episode of Wonderspace, that I have followed and been inspired by in recent years.
